For Town Hall 8 we mainly check profile to know how active that player is and that he hasn’t rushed his troops specially his war troops level too much.
For Town Hall 9 we compare defenses with offences. If a player is giving more priority in his base defense and ignoring his offence power and is not willing to change his base upping style then he is not fit for us. If he has max defenses especially max x-bows then he must have all war troops maxed and royals must be above level 25.
For Town Hall 10 we require max TH 9 troops and r Royals must be above level 25 and he must be able to 3 star a max Town Hall 9 and do high % 2 star on a TH 10.
For Town Hall 11 max TH 10 troops and Royals above level 30 is required and he must be able to do high % 2 star on a max Town Hall 10.
